How It Works
OARTeL™ typically runs as a portlet inside IBM WebSphere Portal or within any of a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS) that support SCORM 1.2. It can also be deployed via an HTTP server hosted inside your intranet.
Using an engaging and friendly format, OARTeL™ tests employees on skills and knowledge they currently possess — providing timely reporting and statistical data that assists organizations in identifying "knowledge gaps" of employees throughout the entire organization.
