This online tool is used to apply the key concepts that are introduced in all of our Diversity & Inclusion courses. My Diversity Manager™ (MDM) is a step-by-step decision-making framework that can be used to organize your thoughts and lead you to productive conclusions and actions as you work through any diversity-based challenge or conflict.
The MDM is not a course; it is an online application, or Performance Support tool, ready to be deployed within your organization’s network.
